Beauty By Daz Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and purchase of skincare products (“Products”) between Beauty By Daz (“Seller”) and the wholesale customer (“Buyer”). By placing an order on our website, Buyer agrees to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Wholesale purchasing is available to registered businesses or equivalent documentation demonstrating their status as a reseller of skincare products. Seller reserves the right to verify Buyer’s eligibility.

3. Orders

• Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity is 12 pieces per product.
• Order Placement: Orders must be placed through the designated wholesale section of the Beauty By Daz website (www.beautybydaz.com).
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Seller.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Wholesale Prices: Wholesale prices are listed on the website and may be subject to change without notice.
• Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before shipment. Accepted payment methods are specified on the website.
• Taxes: Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes in addition to shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Methods and Costs: Shipping methods and costs are specified at checkout and may vary depending on order size and destination.
• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery to the chosen shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• No Refunds: Seller does not offer refunds on wholesale orders.
• Damaged or Defective Products: Buyer must inspect Products upon receipt. Claims for damaged or defective Products must be sent to support@beautybydaz.com within 7 business days of delivery. Seller may, at its discretion, replace damaged or defective items.

7. Representations and Warranties

• Resale: Buyer represents and warrants that all Products purchased are for resale purposes.
• Compliance: Buyer is expected to comply with all regulations and laws related to the resale of the Products.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of the Products. Seller’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products.

Seller retains all intellectual property rights in the Products, and Buyer may not use Seller’s trademarks or other intellectual property without express written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a negotiated resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting on the Beauty By Daz website.
